Our history
The story of our Company began in the year 1902 with the launching of CAILLON and HAMONET S.A., the oldest of the business group. Its capitals were French and made a significant contribution to the number of products of the new Company. The main ones, which receive the doctors´ recognition and are currently available, are: COLCHICINE HOUDÉ and CASTAÑA DE INDIA SC. SPEDROG S.A., is also a French pharmaceutical Company, created in 1945. Among its products, some of them leading ones, EPITELIOL C is in the current portfolio. SPEDROG CAILLON S.A.I.C., synonymous with pharmaceutical excellence was created when the two Companies¸ both of them with a long history in the Argentinean Pharmaceutical Market, merged together in 1962. In the middle of 1999, its current head director acquired the shares.
